An October settlement that was widely anticipated to continue pushing prime grade pricing down ended late last week at sideways numbers in Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Early indications going into trading were that busheling and bundles would be off $20 to $40, with one broker predicting that primes could drop $50 when all the dust had settled.
