Scrap market outlook bullish for year-end

After a November settlement that saw prime grades up $20, cut grades up $40 to $50, and in-demand grades like shred and plate and structural up $60 to $75, participants in the North American ferrous scrap trade could be forgiven if they took a breather going into December.
